Handball

Handball is a team sport played by two teams of seven players each, including a goalkeeper. The objective of the game is to score goals by throwing a ball into the opposing team’s net. Players advance the ball by dribbling or passing it to teammates and can use any part of their body above the knee to touch the ball, but only the goalkeeper may use their feet. The game is played on a rectangular indoor court divided by a central line, with goals located at each end. Matches typically consist of two 30-minute halves. Handball is known for its fast pace, requiring agility, coordination, and teamwork, and is governed by the International Handball Federation (IHF). It is a popular sport in various countries, particularly in Europe.
