Fotbal

Fotbal, commonly known as football or soccer in many countries, is a team sport played between two teams of eleven players each on a rectangular field. The objective of the game is to score goals by getting a ball into the opposing team’s net. The game is governed by a set of rules known as the Laws of the Game, which are maintained by the International Football Association Board (IFAB). Players predominantly use their feet, but can also use other parts of their bodies except for their arms and hands. The sport is recognized for its global popularity and is played at various levels, including amateur and professional leagues, and international competitions such as the FIFA World Cup. In computer science and technology contexts, „fotbal“ may refer to game development, simulation systems, or data analytics related to player performance and game statistics, but generally, it is understood to be about the sport itself.
